Phrase that decision as a clear question I need to answer.”

This is the PROMPT: “I’m ready to take a brave, small step. You are my Action Accelerator. Look at that critical question. Give me the absolute first three micro-moves to start solving it. These have to be so small they feel safe to start - something I could finish in five minutes or less.
List them as: [Action: Time Estimate].”

This is the PROMPT: “I trust myself to follow through. Give me one final, compassionate sentence acknowledging what I just accomplished. Then, please set a Reminder for me right now with the title 'SHOW UP FOR MYSELF' and the note being only the first micro-move from the list.
